In this capacity, we act as a Data Processor for the contact lists and lead data provided by our clients. We process this data solely for the purpose of executing authorized email sequences and reporting. We do not own, sell, or share client-provided data with any third parties except for the service providers (ESPs/CRMs) necessary to deliver the service.
