About You
Before we talk about us, let’s talk about what’s happening in your business.
Market Your Products builds automated email revenue machines for small and mid-size manufacturers. If you quote jobs and the follow-up runs out before the buyer is ready, you’re leaving money on the table you already earned. The three-gear system recovers that dormant pipeline first, then runs automatically on every new RFQ so nothing gets left behind. No extra headcount. No pressure on your sales team. Just a revenue channel that works while you’re focused on production.
BOOK THE BLACK HOLE AUDIT
Here's why I know this problem better than any marketing agency you've ever talked to in the past
The Quote Nobody Followed Up
Early in my career, I watched a manufacturer lose a $200,000 order. Not because the prospect said no. Not because the price was wrong or the product was bad.
There was no system built to stay in front of them.
The buyer wasn’t dead. They were waiting on budget approval. The project restarted in Q1. When it did, they called the last vendor who was still visible. That wasn’t my client.
I’ve seen that same situation play out dozens of times since then. A quote goes out. The prospect goes quiet. The sales team assumes it’s dead and moves on. But the buyer didn’t say no. They said “not yet.”
When the order finally clears, they remember whoever stayed visible. Not whoever sent the best quote.
That’s the problem I built this business around.
Why This Problem Doesn't Get Fixed
The average manufacturer loses 20-30% of potential revenue to stalled quotes. Not because the deal fell through.
Most manufacturing sales cycles outlast any manual follow-up process.
A quote sits in a buyer’s inbox. They’re not ready. Budget cycles, internal approvals, engineering reviews. The timeline stretches to six months. To a year. Without an automated system to keep the conversation alive, the trail goes cold.
The buyer didn’t say no. They said “not yet.”
A short, well-timed email sequence keeps you visible without being a pest. When the buyer is ready, you’re the company they call.
The companies that close more deals aren’t always the best at what they make. They’re the best at staying visible.
Why I Only Work With Manufacturers
30 years in manufacturing. Production lines. Vendors. Products on QVC and HSN. Buyers who take six months to say yes. Then I added B2B marketing to my skill set.
Most marketing agencies have never set foot on a shop floor. They don’t know a job shop from an OEM. They’ve never waited three weeks for a DFM review or chased down an engineer who went dark after “we’re interested.”
I have. That’s why I only work with manufacturers.
How I Got Here
I sold computers in college in the 80s. That’s where I learned systems.
In 1990, I partnered in a private label hair care manufacturing operation. Production and IT. Everywhere I worked, I was the operations guy and the IT guy. Someone had to keep the machines running and the systems working.
Then I manufactured tote bags in the late 90s. Then I ran marketing production for a skin care company. Infomercials. Offer testing. B2C, but the testing principles are the same.
After that, I built a porcelain and tile repair kit. Five vendors. Home Depot, Orchard Supply Hardware, QVC. I learned that retail buyers are just procurement managers with different titles. Same delays. Same disappearing acts.
DVD trays for TV show packaging. A $20 million nutritional supplement manufacturer running just-in-time production. Vendors across three states. Nothing ships on time and everything is your problem.
Then bags again, direct to HSN.
In 2008, I started doing digital marketing. Websites, SEO, content, email. I’ve worked with a retail baby store, a tank manufacturer, a B2B print packaging company, a direct mail shop, a B2B dental supplier, precision instrument makers, steel bracket manufacturers, and building envelope parts suppliers.
I’ve seen what works. I’ve seen what agencies sell you that doesn’t.
Why Manufacturing Email Is Different
Your sales cycle isn’t 30 days. It’s 6 months. Sometimes 18.
A procurement manager gets your quote in March. They sit on it until June. Then they forward it to engineering. Engineering reviews it in August. Then the project gets shelved until Q1 next year.
You can’t treat that like a SaaS sale. You can’t send three emails and expect an order.
I learned direct marketing running infomercials in the 90s. I know how to test offers, track results, and measure response. B2C moves fast. Manufacturing moves slow. The principles are the same. The timeline is different
What I Actually Do
I build email systems for B2B manufacturers making $3-50 million a year.
I don’t consult. I don’t train your team and disappear. I write the emails, set up the automations, monitor deliverability, and send you a monthly report showing what’s working.
I use AI tools the way a researcher uses a library. It helps me find angles, check industry context, and speed up the groundwork. Every word in your emails gets written by me.
Most clients recover 15-25% more stalled quotes within 90 days.
I work with a small group of U.S.-based contractors who handle design and technical setup. I write everything. I run everything. You talk to me. Not an account manager who just graduated and has never quoted a custom part.
I take 4-5 new clients per quarter.
Who I Don't Work With
I only work with manufacturers. Not agencies. Not consultants. Not SaaS companies pretending to be manufacturers.
If you make something physical, we can work together.
I don’t work with companies under $3 million or over $50 million. Below $3 million, you’re not ready for managed email. Above $50 million, you need a full marketing department.
I don’t take projects. I don’t do one-time setups. I run your email every month or I don’t work with you.
How This Works
You book a $300 Revenue Diagnostic. I audit your current setup, show you where revenue is leaking, and give you a 90-day roadmap.
If it makes sense, we build or fix your system. That takes 2-4 weeks.
Then I run your campaigns every month. You get results. I get paid. No contract.
If you stop seeing results, you stop paying. If I stop delivering, you fire me.
Simple.
Ready to see what's sitting uncollected in your pipeline?
Every month without a system, another batch of quotes goes quiet, another set of leads goes cold, and another group of past customers places orders somewhere else.
$300 credited back if you move forward with the build.
